Particularly good and perfect location in Cedar Rapids, just off a baseball tournament in the area, everything, like restaurant, shopping centers and restaurant. A wide array of food options just a short walk away from the venue. Good-sized and brand-new room with bathroom, great lighting as expected.

even when its in poor location or if its a bad holiday inn its a great choice for a hotel

bathtub area was needing new replacements, stairways didn't smell good, see I walked up them and they smelled sorta bad, and hallways smelled nice again, need to make sure all areas have pleasant smells

The location of this hotel is excellent, close to a baseball tournament, a fitness center, and shopping centers. It's also within walking distance of Los Compadres, where I dined once or twice.

This place had a great location, so easy to just pop out and get some food at nearby restaurants. The room I stayed in was cozy and tidy, especially in the new king bedroom after the renovation – really loved it! Having a shower and hairdryers available was definitely a nice touch. 🚿
